Do Juvenile Arrests show up on VIRGINIA STATE POLICE REPORTS?

Additional Details:
I want to study abroad and need a police report to get my visa for Ecaudor. About 5 years ago, when
I was 16 I was charged with felonious concealment of items within a store ( shoplifting). The case
was dismissed after a pretrial diversion program and I was not convicted of anything, and I did not
have my fingerprints take. My official court record says plea: - (dash mark) , conviction :
dismissed. I understand that I can have this case can be "expunged" January 2, However I need my
state police report before then. Is my record and arrests available to be disclosed? Or will it be
protected under the juvenile confidentiality act. My state is Virginia. Thanks in advance.

The arrest is reported to State Police when it happens, but it is held in a separate category that does not become accessible to the general public unless you commit further crimes. See: http://leg1.state.va.us/cgi-bin/legp504.exe?000+cod+19.2-389.1
