What type of attorney do I need to contact in regards to a sexual act that happened in a special
needs school.

Additional Details:
The act happened to my daughter in a classroom, which is monitored by a teacher and a teachers aid.
during one of her classes. I am wondering what are our rights to having the school held accountable.

If the school is private, than it is a quicker and easier process to begin.
