College Kids Caught With Drug Paraphernalia In Lubbock

Parents are surprised to learn that their child has been arrested for a Class C Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in Lubbock.  They are surprised because their child was never involved with marijuana before leaving for college.  They are surprised because their child has never been in trouble with the law before. 
Lubbock justice courts are handling these cases a little differently than other types of criminal cases, especially for college students who have never been in trouble with the law before.
