An Injunction proceeding is civil and is not a criminal proceeding.  Civil injunction proceedings are very serious and have serious consequences and implications.  You should not attend an injunction hearing without first consulting with an attorney who is experienced in handling injunction hearings.  You should hire that attorney to attend the hearing with you!!!
