Conditions to a sentence

More details to this question:
My boyfriend was given a condition to his sentence for a DV and that was to have no further DV with the victim (myself) and he got a new Harassment charge with a DV against myself. what will happen next?

DV charges and DV conditions are taken very seriously by the courts. A violation can have serious consequences. Does your boyfriend have an attorney ? He should have representation and be proactive. Please call to discuss. Ed Dimon, Esq. 732-797-1600
